The article presents a commentated interview with Italian director Romeo Castellucci in which the authors propose a dialogue that seeks to transcend the interview form of question-response, entering into discussion regarding fundamental issues of Castellucci's work with his company, Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio. Among the fruitful results of this conversation, discussions emerge that speak, above all, to the relation between image and sound in the conception of his works and to the problematization of theatrical form in his constant dialogue with other arts.
