Exhibit show of intimacy and spectacularization of the self: celebration of the ordinary in the fictionalization of reality — New cultural practices associated with the use of technological devices of network communication are a contemporary phenomenon of the exhibition of intimacy and the celebration of the ordinary in the instantaneities of real time. The growing spectacularization of the self and the confessional tone of numerous autobiographical reports indicate a pressing need to validate existence in the transparency of the screen. In this context, the manifested subjectivity is legitimated in the mediated vision of the other and is transformed into a show.

Novas práticas culturais associadas ao uso de dispositivos tecnológicos de comunicação em rede configuram o contemporâneo fenômeno da exibição da intimidade e da celebração do ordinário cotidiano nas instantaneidades do tempo real. A crescente espetacularização do “eu” e o tom “confessional” dos múltiplos relatos autobiográficos sinalizam uma premente necessidade de validar a existência na transparência das telas; nesse contexto, a subjetividade manifesta sente-se legitimada no olhar mediatizado do outro e transforma-se em show.
