The present article discusses the importance of the educator´s dialogical position for the effective realization of the goals required by the Entrepreneurial Pedagogy (EP) in the context of teaching and learning. Through the literature review, we sought to identify the meaning of the dialogic relationship and to describe the characteristics, the attributions and the commitments of the PE linked to the dialogue. We started from the premise that dialogue is the key to the implementation of the EP and our results point to a fundamental posture of the educator in the context of the EP. ||o presente artigo aborda a importância da postura dialógica do educador para a efetiva realização das metas almejadas pela Pedagogia Empreendedora (PE) no contexto de ensino e aprendizagem. Por meio da revisão da literatura, buscamos identificar o sentido da relação dialógica e descrever as características, as atribuições e os compromissos da PE ligados ao diálogo. Partimos da premissa de que o diálogo é a chave para implementação da PE e os nossos resultados apontam para uma postura fundamental do educador no contexto da PE.
