Neste artigo, tenta-se esclarecer uma aparente contradição, qual seja, aquela relativa ao estruturalismo de Jacques Lacan e à afirmação de um sujeito em seu ensino, duas componentes supostamente destinadas a se anularem. Uma vez que o estruturalismo era justamente aquilo pelo que a referência a um sujeito tornava-se inútil, pode-se perguntar como uma teoria que intenta conciliar os dois não se arruína completamente no mais absoluto contra-senso. Entretanto, costuma-se esquecer que Lacan tenta pensar o sujeito precisamente pela estrutura, tentando estabelecer qualquer coisa como uma teoria da contradição. Para indicá-lo, realizaremos a análise de um texto do Lacan pré-estruturalista, observando o que permanece desses primeiros esforços teóricos.||In this paper, we try to clarify an apparent contradiction, namely, that concerning the structuralism of Jacques Lacan and the assertion of a subject in his teaching, two components supposedly aimed at annulling each other. Since structuralism was precisely that which made the reference to subject useless, one might ask how a theory that tries to reconcile the two do not completely ruin itself in the most absolute nonsense. However, there is a tendency to forget that Lacan tries to think the subject precisely by the structure, attempting to establish something like a theory of contradiction. To indicate this, we will perform the analysis of a text of the pre-structuralist Lacan, looking at what remains of those first theoretical efforts.
