By using the concept of postcolonial city, the article analyses the representation of Lisbon in different cultural works: the poem Lisabona, by Luís Carlos Patraquim, and the play Museu do Pau Preto, by António Tomás, and the documentary film Os lisboetas, by Sérgio Trefaut. By highlighting the contradictions and the unbalances often omitted by the discourse of Lusofonia, all these works depict an image of the city that is radically distant from the representation of a lusophone and multicultural Lisbon.||Valendo-se do conceito de cidade pós-colonial, o artigo analisa a representação da cidade de Lisboa em diversas produções culturais: o poema Lisabona, do poeta Luís Carlos Patraquim; a peça Museu do Pau Preto, de António Tomás; e o documentário Os lisboetas, de Sérgio Trefaut. Todas essas produções devolvem imagens da cidade radicalmente distantes das representações de uma Lisboa tanto lusófona quanto multicultural, salientando as contradições e as assimetrias por vezes ocultadas pelo discurso celebratório da lusofonia.
