In this work, it is had for objective to apply estimated theoreticians of the Analysis of Discourse by Pe?cheux with sights to study the city of Salvador in its urban aspects and a discursive perspective. Among the estimated theoreticians, formations ideological and discursive, interdiscourse, discursive memory, archive and subject are distinguished. The corpus selected for this work is composed for clippings of first and the ninth chapters of the romance As minas de prata by Jose? de Alencar (1865), a time that in this stretch of the workmanship is presented “picture” of the related city, in a complex narrative, that if reports to the year of 1609. Minas de Prata.||Neste trabalho, tem-se por objetivo aplicar pressupostos teóricos da Análise de Discurso filiada a Pêcheux com o objetivo de estudar a cidade do Salvador em seus aspectos urbanos e em uma perspectiva discursiva. Entre os pressupostos teóricos, destacam-se formações ideológica e discursiva, interdiscurso, memória discursiva, arquivo e sujeito. O corpus selecionado para este trabalho é composto por recortes do primeiro e nono capítulos do romance As minas de prata de José de Alencar (1865), uma vez que nesse trecho da obra é apresentado um "retrado" da cidade, em uma narrativa complexa, que se reporta ao ano de 1609.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Análise do Discurso.
