Resumo
Existem várias representações acerca de São Patrício. Neste artigo, há algumas que pretendemos mostrar, seguindo a questão: Quem foi São Patrício? Nós tentaremos respondê-la pensando sobre um Patrício histórico em contraste com um São Patrício mitológico lutando com os druidas do rei Logaire e promovendo a expulsão das “serpentes” da Irlanda. Para isso é necessário pensar também sobre a importância de São Patrício e sobre o seu credo. Nós fazemos isso a partir de sua Confissão.

Abstract
There are various representations about Saint Patrick. In this article, there are some that we want to show following the question: Who was Saint Patrick? We will try to answer this question thinking about a historical Patrick contrasting with the mitological Saint Patrick fighting with the druids of the king Logaire and to promoting the expulsion of the "snakes" of the Ireland. Thus, it is also necessary to think about the importance of Saint Patrick and his beliefs. We do this by using his confession.
