This work starts from a conceptual study on drama space as well as on the established relationship among theater space, the actors, and the audience along with time to define the architectural object representing an alternative to the existing staging venues with the purpose of reinterpreting the logical and ludicrous dimension of theater buildings in Brazil through a proposal for Vertical Theater in São Paulo.||O trabalho parte do estudo do conceito de espaço dramático e da relação que se estabelece entre esse, os atores e a platéia, ao longo do tempo, para então definir um objeto arquitetônico que represente uma alternativa aos espaços de encenação existentes, com o intuito de reinterpretar a dimensão lógica e lúdica dos edifícios teatrais no Brasil, através da proposta para o Teatro Vertical Paulista.
