O presente artigo integra uma pesquisa a nível de Mestrado que procura trazer elementos para a discussão sobre correntes de pensamento que alimentam discursos sobre gênero, nomeados ideologia de gênero, sejam conservadores ou liberais. Objetiva a análise de i) discursos constitutivos de práticas de assédio sexual, no exercício daquilo que algumas subjetividades institucionalizadas chamam de autonomia e ii) discursos que fomentam e formulam o uso adestrado do termo ideologia de gênero. Inspirado no arcabouço teórico foucaultiano, que define a governamentalidade vigente e confere propriedade às análises discursivas, o artigo traz como problema de pesquisa: como se constitui a subjetividade do brasileiro, homem ou mulher, que reivindica o poder da família normativa e não compreende a própria contradição ao permitir, incentivar ou produzir assédio? Buscou-se as condições de possibilidade que fazem emergir discursos conservadores e ao mesmo tempo geram um ambiente próprio para as discussões sobre assédio sexual. O artigo aponta para o termo ideologia de gênero de origem católica instituída na sociedade neoliberal. Tem como corpus analítico um comparativo entre questões filosóficas de obras midiáticas da atualidade, utilizadas para sensibilização, e as normativas recentes das legislações de ensino voltadas para os temas de gênero e sexualidade, com destaque para o Escola sem Partido e sua proposição quanto a ideologia de gênero. Foi realizado um investimento para procurar compreender, na historicidade atual, pontos de apoio que permitiram a constituição de subjetividades engendradas em comportamentos de assédio sexual e um complexo temor pela educação em gênero e sexualidade ministrada nas escolas brasileiras. O trabalho encaminha-se a concluir que o mecanismo governamental passível de sensibilizar contra a prática de assédio sexual não é a supressão da educação sexual, mas sim uma efetiva educação para sexualidade e gênero.||This article integrates research at the Masters level that seeks to bring elements to discussion about currents of thought that feed gender discourses, named gender ideology, whether conservative or liberal. It aims to analyze i) constitutive discourses of sexual harassment practices, in the exercise of what some institutionalized subjectivities call autonomy and ii) discourses that foster and formulate the trained use the term gender ideology. Inspired by the Foucaultian theoretical framework, which defines current governmentality and confers ownership to discursive analyzes, this article as a research problem: how is the Brazilian subjectivity, male or female, that claims the power of the normative family and does not understand itself contradiction in allowing, encouraging or harassing? We sought the conditions of possibility that give rise to conservative discourses and at the same time generate a proper environment for discussions about sexual harassment. The article points to the term gender ideology of Catholic origin instituted in neoliberal society. It has as analytical corpus a omparative between philosophical questions of current works of media, used for sensitization, and the recent norms of the teaching legislations focused on thethemes of gender and sexuality, with emphasis on the Escola Sem Partido movement and its proposition regarding the ideology of gender. An investment was made to try to understand, in current historicity, support points that allowed the constitution of subjectivities engendered in sexual harassment behaviors and a complex fear for gender education and sexuality given in Brazilian schools. The paper concludes that the government mechanism that can raise awareness against the practice of sexual harassment is not the suppression of sex education, but an effective education for sexuality and gender.
