Diante da importância da questão energética, em função do caráter finito das reservas petrolíferas, e da necessidade da criação de alternativas sustentáveis de desenvolvimento, a pesquisa no mundo volta-se a estudos de utilização de fontes alternativas de energia e combustível. Aqui, mostra-se uma perspectiva de como a tecnologia dos bicombustíveis pode ser utilizada, proporcionando alternativas sustentáveis, com inovação das tecnologias, relacionando-as aos recursos naturais. Palavras chave: Biocombustíveis; inovação tecnológica; sustentabilidade.||Given the importance of the energy issue on the basis of finite oil reserves, and the need to develop alternative sustainable development, research in the world turn to studies on the use of alternative sources of energy and fuel. Here it is shown a perspective of how technology can be used for biofuels, providing sustainable alternatives to technology innovation, relating them to natural resources.
