O presente artigo discute os conceitos do pensamento e da arte indianos, tais como bhava, dharma,maya, samvega, etc., em sua ligação com o famoso conceito de aura de Walter Benjamin, noção que se impôs entre as mais amplamente respeitadas da teoria estética do pensador alemão. Inicialmente, focar-se-á o pressuposto teórico-metodológico baseado em Benjamin. Em seguida, descreveremos o tema principal.
