O “Mês das Crianças e dos Loucos” foi uma exposição organizada por Flávio de Carvalho e Osório Cesar em 1933, em São Paulo, no Clube dos Artistas Modernos(CAM), associada a conferências das quais participaram artistas, médicos, intelectuais e educadores. Este estudo documental buscou desenhar a estrutura do evento e seu impacto cultural: como foi organizado, quais obras foram expostas, e quem dele participou. Investigaram-se os argumentos que justificaram o evento, o design da curadoria. A repercussão em jornais e periódicos mostrou que este encontro entre arte, educação e psicologia teve desdobramentos significativos na vida cultural de São Paulo.||The “Month of the Children and the Insane” was an exhibit organized in São Paulo in 1933 by Flávio de Carvalho and Osório Cesar, at the Clube dos Artistas Modernos(CAM), alongside a series of lectures given by artists, physicians, intellectuals and education professionals. This documentary study aimed at designing the event’s structure: how it was organized, which works were shown, and who participated. The arguments that justified the event were investigated, as well as its curatorial design. Repercussions in the media showed that this encounter between visual arts, education and psychology had significant impact in São Paulo’s cultural life.
