Este trabalho apresenta uma proposta de análise e leitura para o filme Festen (1998) dirigido por Thomas Vintenberg, do Grupo Dogma. Analisando aspectos fílmicos da obra e amparados por noções relativas a jogo e figuração, realizamos uma reflexão sobre a forma de situação e interação dos lugares ocupados pelos componentes da família representada na película. Com base no mito da horda primitiva, enfatizado no filme, e convictos de que nos textos familiares há uma diversidade de jogos relacionais pulsando nas entrelinhas, buscamos sustentação teórica, além de em teorias do cinema, em Sigmund Freud e Jacques Lacan.||This work presents a proposal of analysis and reading of the movie Festen (1998) directed by Thomas Vintenberg, from Dogma Group. By analyzing filmic aspects of the movi e and supported by relative notions of game and figuration, we reflected about the form of situation and interaction of places occupied by the components of the family represented in the film. Based on the myth of primitive borde, emphasized on the movie, and convicted that in the familiar texts there is a diversity o f relational games pulsing between the lines, we looked up theoretic support not only in cinema theories, bur also in Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan.
