Orientadores: Matteo Bonfitto Júnior, Tatiana da Motta Lima Ramos||Tese (doutorado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Artes||Resumo: O tema central desta tese é a noção de Conjunctio oppositorum, termo usado por Jerzy Grotowski para expressar o entrelaçamento paradoxal entre estrutura e espontaneidade no trabalho cênico. A tese é dividida em três partes. Na Parte I, chamada Conjunctio oppositorum, faz-se uma análise histórica e revisão bibliográfica do tema. Na Parte II, o Parateatro, são analisados os projetos realizados pelo Teatro Laboratório ¿ grupo polonês liderado por Jerzy Grotowski ¿ no período que vai de 1970 a 1982. E na Parte III, denominada Conjunctio oppositorum no Parateatro, as partes I e II se articulam através da análise do paradoxo estrutura-espontaneidade nas propostas parateatrais. O objetivo é demonstrar como no Parateatro, em que aparentemente não havia nenhuma estrutura, ainda assim a dimensão da estrutura/forma/partitura se faz presente, se configurando de modos variados, porém sempre sutis||Abstract: The central theme of this dissertation is the notion Conjunctio oppositorum, a term used by Jerzy Grotowski to express the paradoxical intertwining between `structure¿ and `spontaneity¿ in the performing work. The dissertation is divided into three parts. Part I, called Conjunctio oppositorum, is a historical analysis and bibliographic review of the subject. Part II, the Paratheatre, is an analysis of the projects undertaken between 1970 and 1982 by the Laboratory Theatre ¿ Polish group directed by Jerzy Grotowski. Part III, entitled Conjunctio oppositorum in the Paratheatre, parts I and II are linked through the analysis of the paradox structure- spontaneity in the parathetrical projects.
