The article aims to analyse the formulation of Karl Marx's “fetishism” of the goods of his dialectical proposition. In this understanding, it is necessary to reflect on the construction/reconstruction that the author proposes the dialectic in conjunction with the historical-materialism and social praxis in the unveiling of the social constructions of his time. The “fetish” of the goods in Book I of the book The capital is presented as the most complete form of the modus operandi of the Marxian dialectic.||O artigo tem como objetivo analisar a formulação de Karl Marx sobre o “fetichismo” da mercadoria a partir da sua proposta de dialética. Nesse entendimento, é necessário refletir sobre a construção/reconstrução que o autor propõe à dialética na articulação com o materialismo-histórico e a práxis social no desvelamento das construções sociais de seu tempo. O “fetiche” da mercadoria presente no livro I da obra O capital apresenta-se como a forma mais acabada do modus operandi da dialética marxiana.
