This article concerns to the chronic pain, from the perspective of Lacanian psychoanalysis. Considering the body beyond the medical physiology and how close are the new symptoms to the chronic pain, the authors propose a dialectic between the first and second clinics of Lacan as a possible treatment. The symptom is taken either when it’s an encoded message as well as when it’s a function of enjoyment and to tie the real, the symbolic and the imaginary. It emphasizes also the importance of differential diagnosis between neurosis and ordinary psychosis in the direction of treatment. Keywords: Pain; Structure; Topology.|| O artigo aborda a dor crônica, na perspectiva da psicanálise de orientação lacaniana. Tomando o corpo conforme o viés psicanalítico e as aproximações do fenômeno da dor crônica com os novos sintomas, os autores propõem a dialetização entre as duas clínicas de Lacan como um tratamento possível. Considera-se tanto o sintoma em sua dimensão de mensagem cifrada, quanto as condições em que cumpre uma função de gozo e de amarração entre os registros do real, do simbólico e do imaginário. Enfatiza-se, ainda, a importância do diagnóstico diferencial entre neurose e psicose ordinária, na direção do tratamento. Palavras-chave: Dor; Estrutura; Topologia.
