Este artigo tem o propósito de apresentar a nova decisão interlocutória e sua conceituação no novo código de processo civil, bem como estudar as suas possibilidades recursais. Os conceitos, as inovações e a inserção de novos institutos e forma processuais, modificando a visualização de algum destes, para uma adequação à situação das decisões interlocutórias que não cabem, naquele momento, recurso. Diante disto, um estudo detalhado sobre cada possibilidade de impugnação da decisão interlocutória não agravável de instrumento.||This article has the purpose of presenting the new interlocutory decision and its conceptualization in the new code of civil procedure, as well examine their remedial possibilities. The concepts, innovations and the insertion of new institutes and procedural form, by modifying the display of some of these, for a suitability for situation of interlocutory decisions that do not fit, at that moment, feature. In view of this, a detailed study of each possibility of challenging the interlocutory decision not recourse of instrument.
