In the last few years, the Brazilian TV has followed a worldwide trend by increasing its production of series. A great deal of them have a high technical investment and attempt to innovate the television dramaturgy. In order to observe this phenomenon, this article analyzes the miniseries Justiça, broadcasted in 2016 by Rede Globo, using the tools provided by the Greimasian semiotics. We question the relation between the narrative structure of the series and the enunciative strategy used in the broadcasting process, namely the different points of view, which were streamed on different days of the week. We investigate how this strategy confers aspectual density to the enunciation and what effects emerge from that.||Nos últimos anos, a TV brasileira vem seguindo uma tendência mundial ao aumentar a produção de seriados. Boa parte deles conta com alto investimento técnico e apresenta tentativas de inovação da teledramaturgia. Para observar esse fenômeno, o artigo analisa, com base nas ferramentas da semiótica greimasiana, a minissérie Justiça, exibida em 2016 pela Rede Globo. Busca-se problematizar a relação entre a estrutura narrativa da série e a estratégia enunciativa usada na transmissão, a saber, a distribuição dos diferentes pontos de vista pelos dias da semana. Investiga-se de que modo tal estratégia confere densidade aspectual ao enunciado e que efeitos de sentido daí derivam.
