To study the digital sorts is to analyze practical the social ones that are developed and organized in the Internet. The sort message, in the Orkut space, in this research, is presented as our object of study. Thus, ahead of the displayed one, we search to analyze this sort, enumerating the characteristics gifts in the structure, in the language and in the used literal type, comparing it with the usual message We randomly use a sample of 15 texts, chosen, made for users of the cibernético space Orkut. This research, therefore, is bibliographical and of field. Beyond having a boarding of qualitative matrix. As result, we ahead verify to be the understandable message on-line of the agreement of the context and the virtual language. Of this form, we believe to be the messages, in the half electronic, more personalized, therefore they present identification of the shipper by means of the language, being more usual the use of the dissertativo literal type.||Estudar os gêneros digitais é analisar as práticas sociais que são desenvolvidas e organizadas na internet. O gênero recado, no espaço Orkut, nesta pesquisa, apresenta-se como nosso objeto de estudo. Assim, diante do exposto, buscamos analisar esse gênero, enumerando as características presentes na estrutura, na linguagem e no tipo textual usado, comparando-o com o recado usual Utilizamos uma amostra de 15 textos, escolhidos aleatoriamente, feitos por usuários do espaço cibernético Orkut. Esta pesquisa, portanto, é bibliográfica e de campo. Além de ter uma abordagem de cunho qualitativo. Como resultado, verificamos ser o recado on-line compreensível diante do entendimento do contexto e da linguagem virtual. Dessa forma, acreditamos ser os recados, no meio eletrônico, mais personalizados, pois apresentam identificação do remetente por meio da linguagem, sendo mais costumeiro o uso do tipo textual dissertativo.
