This essay aims at researching the way in which Clarice Lispector transited between writing and painting. By gathering some fragments extracted from some of her books, chronicles and interviews, we sustain the idea that the presence of freedom in Lispector’s work occurs not only by means of textual or imagery invocation, but particularly through the experience of creation.||Trata-se de investigar o modo como Clarice Lispector transitou entre a escrita e a pintura. A partir de fragmentos extraídos de alguns de seus livros, crônicas e entrevistas, sustenta-se a ideia de que a presença da liberdade na obra de Clarice ocorre não apenas pela via da invocação textual ou imagética, mas, em especial, através da experiência da criação.
