Drawing a comparative look between the works of the writers Samuel Rawet and João Gilberto Noll, the article explores the displacement as recurrent narrative strategy in the work of these two fictionists. With this approach, starting from Sérgio Cardoso's theoretical reflections on the phenomenological difference that the experience of travel installs between the look and the view, it is analyzed as the roaming characters of Rawet and Noll, in their périplos by the urban spaces, establish a sensitive way of peering / looking at the landscape.

Com esse enfoque, partindo das reflexões teóricas de Sérgio Cardoso (1995) sobre a diferença fenomenológica que a experiência de viagem instala entre o olhar e o ver, analisa-se como os personagens deambulantes de Rawet e Noll, em seus périplos pelos espaços urbanos, estabelecem um modo sensível de perscrutar/olhar a paisagem.
