A construção histórica dos direitos humanos, sob a perspectiva internacional, é debatida no presente artigo, que aborda a relevância do processo de internacionalização dos Direitos Humanos para a sociedade contemporânea. O intuito centra-se na análise dos principais institutos de positivação dos direitos humanos, para a afirmação de todos os direitos e liberdades fundamentais das pessoas.||The historic building of human rights under an international perspective, is debated in this article, which approaches the importance of the internationalization process of the Human Rights for the contemporary society. The aim focuses on the analysis of the main institutes to ascertain the human rights, to assure all people’s fundamental rights and freedoms.
