This article aims to analyze the productionof the healthcare market by the pharmaceutical industry,the risk management/hazards, the sale andpurchase of various biomedical services, under thecurrent neoliberal model. The government of life inbiopolitics, which emerges from the second half ofthe nineteenth century, brings health managementevent to the forefront of social practices, on behalfof making to live and letting to die, as part of thehistory of population management event. This is atheoretical study from genealogical incumbents,based on Michel Foucault and other contemporaryauthors, who have analyzed the biopolitical as biocapitalprocesses, pursuant to neoliberal governmentalityof entrepreneurship of life.||Neste artigo, pretende-se analisar a produção do mercado da saúde por meio da indústria farmacêutica, da gestão de riscos/perigos, da venda e compra de serviços biomédicos variados, no neoliberalismo atual. O governo da vida, na biopolítica, que emerge a partir da segunda metade do século XIX, traz o acontecimento gestão da saúde para o primeiro plano das práticas sociais, em nome do fazer viver e do deixar morrer, como acontecimento história da gerência da população. Trata-se de um estudo teórico a partir de operadores históricos genealógicos, baseado em Michel Foucault e em outros autores contemporâneos, os quais analisaram os processos biopolíticos enquanto biocapital, na governamentalidade neoliberal do empresariamento da vida.
