This article makes analogies between political components of certain types of theatrical work made by Hans Thies Lehmann (LEHMANN; 2003) and the concept of immaterial work (LAZZARATO & NEGRI; 2001). It analyzes the conquests of workers beforehand depreciated in the global work system, considering conceptive manners to encourage forms not yet consolidated of theatrical work. Keywords: political theatre, immaterial work, theatre and mental health|| Este artigo tece analogias entre componentes políticos de certos tipos de trabalho teatral abordados por Hans Thies Lehmann (LEHMANN; 2003) e o conceito de trabalho imaterial (LAZZARATO & NEGRI; 2001). Analisando conquistas obtidas por trabalhadores anteriormente desvalorizados no sistema laborativo global, pondera-se sobre modos de incentivo a formas ainda não consolidadas de trabalho teatral.
