Noir series are not as deeply imbedded in the country's culture as in USA. Yet, Brazilian television achieved to create a tradition in this genre rethinking noir patterns and creating original variables. A strategy that confirms the precision of Lotman's conceptions on textuality and cultural memory. Both series analyzed adopt many intertextual citations, both filmic and televisual. In these recent noir series authors do even manage to successfully remake some of the polemic topics characteristic to the genre, as well as reelaborate the powefull aesthetic clues of noir adapted to TV.||Las series policíacas en la televisión brasileña tuvieron una diacronía más errática que las americanas muy involucradas en aquella cultura. Aun así, se han firmado revisando matrices del noir clásico y añadiendo variables propias como previsto en los conceptos de Lotman (1993) que se adoptan. Además de las referencias intertextuales fílmicas y televisivas, las series más recientes analizadas, Força Tarefa y Na Forma da Lei, utilizan tópicos polémicos que siempre han caracterizado el género que se emula, así como su estética sui generis con acréscimos propios del quehacer televisual brasileño.
