O ensaio apresenta os principais desafios da cooperação internacional em um mundo mediático, onde os processos de criação, produção, distribuição e apreensões culturais enfrentam mudanças dinâmicas. Propõe que a cooperação internacional seja essencialmente um espaço de encontro de caráter universal e humanista. Um espaço onde se ampliam as possibilidades de apreensão da realidade nos planos conceitual, estético e ético.

New imaginaries, but the same asymmetries: the challenges of the culture-communication international cooperation
The essay presents the main challenges of the international cooperation in a mediation world, where the processes of creation, production, distribution and cultural apprehensions confront dynamic changes. It proposes that the international cooperation should be essentially a meeting spot with universal and humanist characteristics. It would be a spot where it is possible to enlarge the possibilities of the reality apprehension in the conceptual, aesthetic and ethic fields.
