This article is a reflection about the importance of the architectural decisions, which the elements of architecture that should be considered in an interior project and how they can influence the workspaces so that the environment contributes to the welfare of its members, may pass through the project decisions the desired sensations into space. The goal is to list these key elements, objectively exemplifying the precautions to be taken in the design phase, so as to produce more welcoming spaces, wholesome and stimulating for workers.||Este artigo é uma reflexão acerca da importância das decisões arquitetônicas, quais os elementos da arquitetura que devem ser considerados em um projeto de interiores e como eles podem influenciar os espaços de trabalho para que o ambiente contribua para o bem-estar de seus usuários, podendo transmitir através das decisões projetuais as sensações desejadas para o espaço. O objetivo é elencar esses elementos principais, exemplificando objetivamente os cuidados a serem tomados na fase de projeto, para assim produzir espaços mais acolhedores, salubres e estimulantes para os trabalhadores.
