My aim is to analyze the destination of the phenomenological concept of intentional object when acclimatized to the context of the Lebenswelt, as interpreted by Merleau-Ponty in Phenomenology of perception. I try to rebuff both interpretations according to which that gesture either leads Merleau-Ponty to an empirical realism’s revival or leads him to confuse the object as intentional and the pure and simple object. In as much as the Lebenswelt is founded on the passive synthesis of temporality, I purport to show that the intentional object will be thought of as a Zeitobjekt whose “positive indeterminacy” situates it as far from the idealism’s empty X as from the realism’s thing beyond phenomenon.||Procuro analisar o destino do conceito de objeto intencional ao ser transplantado do idealismo transcendental para o contexto do Lebenswelt como interpretado por Merleau-Ponty na Fenomenologia da percepção. Para isso, afasto tanto uma interpretação segundo a qual o idealismo husserliano cederia lugar ao realismo empírico quanto aquela para a qual Merleau-Ponty confundiria objeto qua intencional e objeto puro e simples. Busco mostrar que, na medida em que o Lebenswelt tem sua legalidade nas sínteses passivas do tempo, o objeto será concebido como Zeitobjekt cuja “indeterminação positiva” o situa tão distante do X vazio do idealismo quanto da coisa para além do fenômeno do realismo.
