Photography is a representative metaphor of the social and cultural changes that have been seen in our society since its beginning. These changes, also resulting from the significant transformations in the fields of communication and technologies, implicates in a renewed perspective to the photographic code, which starts to manifest itself connected with other languages such as video, painting, and many others. Therefore we consider that it is appropriate to discuss the so called pos-photography as well as the digital aspect of the photography to illustrate the changes that extend the field of action of this language and with that the perspectives of social inclusion proposed by the language.||La photographie est une métaphore qui représente les changements socioculturels qui se déroulent, il y a longtemps dans notre société. Ces changements, résultant également de changements significatifs dans le domaine de la communication et de la technologie, confèrent une orientation renouvelée au code photographique, Nous estimons qu’il est approprié de discuter l’aspect soi-disant post-photographique ainsi que l’aspect numérique de la photographie contemporaine dans le but d’illustrer les changements qui élargissent le terrain du jeu de la photographie et les perspectives d’inclusion sociale.||A fotografia é uma metáfora representativa das mudanças socioculturais que vem há muito ocorrendo em nossa sociedade. Essas mudanças, também decorrentes das significativas transformações no campo da comunicação e da tecnologia, conferem um viés renovado ao código fotográfico interagindo com obras conectadas com outras linguagens. Consideramos oportuno discutir a chamada era pós-fotográfica, bem como o aspecto digital da fotografia contemporânea, para ilustrar as mudanças que ampliam seu campo de atuação e com isso as perspectivas de inserção social promovidas por essa linguagem.
