The article aims to characterize a specific type of graphite, the graffiti cartoon. For that, three graffiti artists who develop works with characteristics of the cartoon language were interviewed. A descriptive analysis of these artists’ works was also carried out to identify such properties. The study shows how these cartoon’s features are present in the works of these graffiti artists and reveals how the use of the internet tends to establish a kind of heterogeneity between the languages studied.Keywords: Graffiti cartoon. Para isso, foram entrevistados três grafiteiros que desenvolvem trabalhos com características da linguagem do cartum e realizada a análise descritiva dos trabalhos desses artistas para identificar tais propriedades. O estudo mostra como os traços do cartum estão presentes nos trabalhos desses grafiteiros e revela como o uso da internet tende a estabelecer uma espécie de heterogeneidade entre as linguagens estudadas.Palavras-chave: Grafite cartum.
