This essay aims to discuss the guitar technique and the guitarist's posture from an anatomical, kinetic and therapeutic point of view. In order to support this reflection, we approach the working methods and propositions of authors and artists rooted in the areas of dance, physiotherapy, euthony, medicine and musicology. We start from the notions of corporal awareness and postural reorganization, broadly approached by Marie-Christine Mathieu, Klauss and Angel Vianna, to discuss the basis of the sitting posture, the use of arms and its articulations in movement. Supporting the ideas of Gerda Alexander, François Delalande, Rolf Inge Godøy and Rudolf Laban, we finally discuss the idea of scenic presence, emphasizing the notions of ton, energy, form and expression of the movement.||Este ensaio tem como objetivo a reflexão sobre a técnica do violão e postura do violonista de um ponto de vista anatômico, cinético e terapêutico. Afim de embasar esta reflexão, nos aproximamos de métodos de trabalho e proposições de autores e artistas enraizados nas áreas da dança, da fisioterapia, da eutonia, da medicina e da musicologia. Partimos das noções de consciência corporal e reorganização postural, amplamente abordadas por Marie-Christine Mathieu, Klauss e Angel Vianna, para discutir as bases da postura sentada, o uso das articulações e os movimentos dos braços. Nos apoiando nas ideias de Gerda Alexander, François Delalande, Rolf Inge Godøy e Rudolf Laban discutimos enfim a ideia de presença cênica, enfatizando as noções de tônus, energia, forma e expressão do movimento.
