The subject of this article are official documents, military reports and media news about a terrorist group led by the ufologist Aladino Felix, responsible for several attacks in 1968. Indications are strong that this group was known by high authorities from the government and even counted with their support. This happened when internal pressures of the Military Dictatorship Government tried to reinforce its authoritarianism, leading to the decree of the AI 5 law. The focus here is on the relationship between terror, terrorism and politics and on its implications for the rationality, affections and desires on the political life. Given the unusual aspect of the case studied, we chose a heterodox narrative form. In this article, the historian’s authorship is divided into three distinct narrative voices: the voice of the historicist, the voice of the nihilist, and the voice of the astonished. This narrative strategy is inspired by the film The Red Light Bandit, by Rogério Sganzerla.||Resumo: Este artigo tem como tema os documentos, relatórios militares e noticiários sobre um grupo terrorista liderado pelo ufólogo Aladino Félix, responsável por vários atentados no ano de 1968. Há fortes indícios de que esse grupo era conhecido e até contava com apoio de altas autoridades do governo. Isso tendo em vista as pressões internas à Ditadura Militar, visando ao “fechamento” do regime – que desaguaria na decretação do AI-5. A questão central, aqui, é sobre as relações entre terror, terrorismo e política. Com implicações nos temas da racionalidade, dos afetos, dos desejos e das desrazões na vida política. Dado o aspecto insólito do caso estudado, optou-se por uma forma narrativa heterodoxa, em que a autoria do historiador do artigo é dividida em distintas vozes narrativas: a do historicista, a do niilista e a do bestializado. A estratégia narrativa deste texto é inspirada no filme O Bandido da Luz Vermelha, de Rogério Sganzerla.
