This article aims to investigate the notion of ordinary psychosis and its manifestations in the current psychoanalytic clinic. The discussion is about the theoretical and clinical developments, questioning, especially, what are the indexes and conceptual foundations, seeking to do your reading from the Borromean clinical formulations of Jacques Lacan. We question the extent to which elaborations of Jacques-Alain Miller about the ordinary psychoses have enabled us to perform a reading of these psychoses and its modes of presentation, whose clinical presentations are marked by manifestations of certain social disconnection, body and subjective, showing the presence of what Miller characterized as a neotriggerings, neoconvertions and neotransfers in contemporary clinical.||Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar a noção de psicose ordinária e suas manifestações na clínica psicanalítica atual. Abordaremos os seus desdobramentos teórico-clínicos, interrogando, sobretudo, quais são os seus índices e fundamentos conceituais, buscando realizar sua leitura a partir das formulações da clínica borromeana de Jacques Lacan. Problematizaremos em que medida as elaborações de Jacques-Alain Miller em torno das chamadas psicoses ordinárias têm nos possibilitado realizar uma leitura de algumas psicoses cujos quadros são marcados por manifestações de certo desligamento social, corporal e subjetivo, evidenciando a presença do que Miller caracterizou como neodesencadeamentos, neoconversões e neotransferências na clínica contemporânea.
