A prática do Grupo Província sintetizou uma série de procedimentos e caminhos que vários núcleos de teatro em Porto Alegre passariam a ter dali para frente, rumo à sedimentação do seu trabalho. Criado em 1970, integrava professores e alunos do Departamento de Arte Dramática da UFRGS e imprimiu o caráter experimental em suas propostas de montagem teatral.||The practice of the Group Province synthesized a series of procedures and ways that many theater’s nuclei in Porto Alegre would have from then on, towards settling their work. Created in 1970, was part of teachers and students of the Department of Dramatic Arts at UFRGS and printed in an experimental stage production of their proposals.
