Orientador : Nelly de Camargo||Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Instituto de Artes||Resumo: Este trabalho pesquisou a viabilidade do uso da tecnologia da comunicação no desenvolvimento de novos instrumentos de avaliação de pessoas. A partir do levantamento sobre o "estado da arte" em Recursos Humanos e, em especial, na Seleção de Pessoal, verificou-se que há necessidade de padronização dos instrumentos em uso e construção de novos testes. Para que o interesse e a predisposição dos profissionais de Recrutamento e seleção na introdução da tecnologia da comunicação possam inovar nessa área, há necessidade de investimentos de recursos financeiros, de pesquisa e, principalmente, do desenvolvimento profissional dos que atuam em seleção||Abstract: This study researched the viability of using the communication technology for the development of new tools on Human resources evaluation. The information gathered showed that the state of art on Human resources - specifically on Personnel Selection - reveals the need of standardizing the existent tests and building new ones. The interest and predisposition of the professionals involved in the Selection of Personnel in the use of communication technology, as an innovation in their tools, faces difficulties of financial investments as well as in research and, mainly, in the professional development of such professionals||Mestrado||Mestre em Multimeios
